You will be responsible for providing in-salon training and coaching to owners, managers and staff, to increase the performance of and income generated by the team.
You will be provided with extensive training and given all required materials to ensure your coaching is superior and successful.

A Cert IV in Training & Assessment is required to be considered for this role, together with strong industry knowledge.
