Success or No Charge

No charge is made for an initial consultation and/or database review. Fees only become payable when a suitable candidate is introduced and employed.

Advertising

If required, all newspaper advertising costs (local and interstate) are to be borne by the client and are payable within 7 days of the date of advertising.
Online advertising is included in our fees.

Invoices

Invoices are issued upon the selected applicant commencing work and are payable within 14 days of commencement, subject to the following guarantee.

Money Back Guarantee

If the selected applicant leaves for any reason, excluding redundancy, within 90 days of commencement, replacement candidates will be introduced at no additional charge. If all replacement applicants are unacceptable within reasonable guidelines, then the original fee will be credited and/or refunded, less an administration fee of $500; provided always that the original fee was paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Invoice date means the date the applicant commences employment.

Motivational Assessment

All candidates selected for interviews will be subjected to a psychometric test to analyse their motivational level. The results of this test will be made available to clients if requested.

Confidential Introductions

If any person referred by Beauty Industry Personnel is employed by the client or any subsidiary, affiliate, related company or person within six months of being introduced, then you are obliged to pay the fee shown on our schedule.

Selection Suitability

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the suitability of introduced applicants, responsibility cannot be accepted for any loss, expense, damage or delay, however occasioned.
